PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Programming, Planning, and Schematic design of proposed Sonora Donor Center about 10,032 SF new two-story building which consists of Interview rooms, Donor Area, Cafeteria, Waiting/Lounge, Community Area, Meeting/Conference Room, Offices, Storage, restrooms, and Elevators. New site development of about 20,000 SF includes site utilities, retaining walls, parking lots, landscaping, paving, and pavers.

Dabri, Inc. had hired to provide preconstruction management and cost estimating services for the programming, planning, and schematic phase. Dabri, Inc. successfully coordinated and provided great detailed depth information and reports.
