πŸ“Œ Position Summary

Dabri Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler to support a major capital improvement program in Los Angeles for LACCD, LAUSD, POLB, LAX and LACDPW.

The Project Scheduler will report to the Program Scheduler and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed construction schedules for new construction and renovation work under the Terminal Development & Improvement Program.

This role supports multiple large, interdependent projects valued at $100M+ and requires strong expertise in program scheduling, forensic analysis, and owner-side project controls. The Scheduler will evaluate contractor schedules, assess delays, support claims analysis, and provide recommendations to ensure successful program delivery.

πŸ“… Program Scheduling & Schedule Development

  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for multiple interdependent projects
  • Support planning, sequencing, and contracting strategies through scenario-based scheduling
  • Maintain schedules for terminal improvements, airport service upgrades, asset renewal, and development projects
  • Ensure schedules align withΒ  coding structures and project requirements

πŸ“Š Schedule Review & Analysis

  • Review contractor and designer schedule submissions including:
    • Preliminary schedules
    • Baseline schedules
    • Four-week look-ahead schedules
    • Monthly updates and recovery schedules
    • As-built schedules
  • Perform independent schedule analysis on behalf of the owner
  • Identify schedule risks, interdependencies, and critical path impacts
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements

βš–οΈ Forensic Scheduling & Claims Support

  • Perform forensic schedule analysis for delay claims and Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
  • Evaluate entitlement, disruption, acceleration, and recovery scenarios
  • Apply industry standards including AACE International RP 29 (Forensic Schedule Analysis)
  • Support claims evaluation, change orders, and dispute resolution
  • Provide recommendations for delay apportionment and schedule impacts

  • Coordinate schedule interface issues across multiple projects
  • Participate in project meetings with contractors, designers, and project managers
  • Identify mitigation strategies and schedule recovery alternatives
  • Support KPI development and performance tracking initiatives
  • Ensure alignment of schedules across program-level activities

  • Prepare detailed written reports, analysis summaries, and briefing materials

Required

  • Oracle Primavera P6 (Version 20.0 or higher – advanced/mastery required)

🧠 Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of scheduling experience
  • At least 5 years supporting active construction programs with multiple projects
  • Direct experience with owner-side scheduling responsibilities
  • Forensic scheduling experience on large complex projects ($200M+ and 3+ years duration)
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle
  • Experience with multiple delivery methods including:
    • Design-Bid-Build
    • CMAR
    • Design-Build
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent and interrelated projects
  • Experience working with contractors, designers, and claims teams
  • US work authorization required (no sponsorship available)
  • Ability to work on-site full-time at LAX

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
  • Professional certifications (PMP, PSP, PMI-SP) strongly preferred
