Assistant Project Manager – Operations

Salary: $60,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience
Position Summary
Dabri, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Operations to support our program and construction management consulting services. This position will assist with project oversight, cost estimating, scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day project operations.
The ideal candidate has experience with MEPS cost estimating, construction scheduling, project controls, and project coordination and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment where priorities can change quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project and program management activities.
- Support MEPS cost estimating, quantity review, and preparation of project estimates for water and wastewater projects.
- Assist with project scheduling, schedule updates, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Assist with RFI, submittal, change management, and project documentation.
- Track project budgets, costs, schedules, and deliverables.
- Prepare project status reports, meeting materials, and presentations.
- Support project oversight and follow-up on action items and outstanding issues.
- Assist with reviewing contractor and consultant invoices and project-related documentation.
- Support multiple projects and assignments as needed.
- Perform other project management and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with MEPS cost estimating and Primavera construction scheduling required.
- Experience in construction management, project controls, program management, or consulting preferred.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, Bluebeam, or similar project management tools preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Experience supporting public-sector, infrastructure, aviation, facilities, or commercial projects is a plus.
