Project Description

Dabri is providing project management support services (PMSS) to San Francisco Airport for the T1 Program including Baggage Handling Systems (BHS). New Boarding Area B (BAB) will include extensive concession areas, passenger circulation space for access to the aircraft gates, 24 gates with hold areas for domestic and potentially some international flights, new passenger loading bridges, and a BHS. When completed in 2020, Terminal 1 Boarding Area B will elevate SFO’s standard of providing a world-class, environmentally friendly travel experience and is expected to meet or exceed the award-winning standards of Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 Boarding Area E. T1 is anticipated to receive an environmental LEED© Gold certification. The New Terminal 1 Boarding Area B is currently under construction. Construction Documents are 100% complete. Piles, structural steel, utility and interior construction are underway. The Design-Build team is in the process of letting the final trade-bid packages. When completed T1 is expected to meet or exceed the award-winning standards of Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 Boarding Area E. T1 is anticipated, at minimum, to receive an environmental LEED© Gold certification
